Step 1: Measure your band
- Wrap a soft tape snugly around your ribcage, just below your bust.
- Keep it level and secure, not tight.
Step 2: Measure one breast
- Lean forward at 45°.
- Measure from your breastbone across the fullest point of one breast to under your arm.
- Keep the tape snug without pressing in.
Find your size on the chart
- Match both measurements (in inches) on the chart below.
Start on the loosest hook
- Once you receive your bra, start on the loosest/outer most hook.
- Your new band should feel snug and secure.
- As it relaxes with wear, move to the tighter hooks to maintain support.
