As we are currently in pre-order mode, please note the following conditions regarding returns.
Order Cancellations. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order is processed and shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support team. Once your order has been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
Refunds for Pre-Orders. If you choose to cancel your pre-order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Return Eligibility. Once your pre-ordered item is shipped and received, the product must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
Return Authorization. Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.

All returned items must have their original tags securely attached.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, free from any signs of wear.
If a return is not accepted, the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
For underwear, returns will only be accepted if the items are unworn, with tags attached, and in their original, unopened packaging.
