Exchanges
If you need a different size, email us at info@figiura.com with your order number. We’ll help you find the right fit.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Email us at info@figiura.com with your order number to start a return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed, with no signs of wear

In their original condition, with all original tags attached
Return shipping
Once your return or exchange is approved, we’ll send instructions for shipping it back, including any return label and shipping cost.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been inspected.
Final sale
Items marked final sale can’t be returned or exchanged.
